WWE Hall of Famer and chief content officer Paul 'Triple H' Levesque said Seth Rollins' injury "doesn't look good" during his press conference after the Evolution premium live event Sunday (July 13) night.

Rollins, 39, appeared to injure his knee one night prior during his match against LA Knight on the live episode of Saturday Night's Main Event.

"I'm sure somebody here will ask about Seth, I'll just say right now a little bit inconclusive, doesn't look good. But we're in Birmingham tomorrow," Levesque said, referencing the proximity to the renowned Andrews Sports Medicine, owned by Dr. James Andrews, who had previously performed various surgeries on Levesque during his own in-ring career, as well as Rollins having previously undergone multiple knee surgeries at the facility.

Levesque confirmed that Rollins attended the all-women's premium live event Evolution in Atlanta to support his wife, Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, who successfully defended her title in the show's opening match against Lyra Valkyria and Bayley.

"He wasn’t going to miss his wife’s performance tonight. He was here, he will be in Birmingham tomorrow with Dr. [Jeff] Dugas. We will get the MRI and hope for the best and see where we can go with that," Levesque said.

Rollins had previously suffered a torn ACL, MCL and medial meniscus in 2015 and re-injured his knee in early 2017. The five-time world champion also suffered an MCL injury in January 2024, which he wrestled through for three months, concluding with two matches at WrestleMania 40, before returning to action in July of that same year.
