The search for missing 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie has reached the two-week mark, with authorities conducting a major operation near her Tucson home that ended without arrests.

Law enforcement, including SWAT and forensics teams, swarmed a residence approximately two miles from Guthrie's home on Friday night as part of the ongoing investigation. The operation, which lasted about four hours, was based on a lead received by investigators, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

Investigators have found DNA at Guthrie's property that doesn't belong to her or those close to her, officials confirmed yesterday. The evidence is being tested, along with several gloves found as far as 10 miles away from her residence.

The FBI has described the suspect seen in doorbell footage as a 5'9"-5'10" tall male with an average build, wearing an Ozark Trail Hiker backpack, which is sold exclusively at Walmart stores. The suspect appears to be armed and masked in the video recovered from backup servers of Guthrie's Nest camera.

Nancy Guthrie, mother of Today show host Savannah Guthrie, was reported missing on February 1. According to the timeline released by authorities, she was dropped off at home by an Uber driver shortly before 10 p.m. on January 31. At 1:47 a.m. on February 1, her doorbell camera disconnected. At 2:12 a.m., software detected a person on camera, and at 2:28 a.m., Guthrie's pacemaker disconnected from her phone.

Savannah Guthrie released an emotional video last week pleading for her mother's safe return, noting that Nancy is in "constant pain" and needs medication. "Our mom is a kind, faithful, loyal, fiercely loving woman of goodness and light. She has grandchildren that adore her and crowd around her and cover her with kisses. Her health, her heart is fragile," Savannah said in the tearful message.

The case has drawn international attention, with more than 30,000 tips flooding in since the investigation began. The FBI has doubled its reward to $100,000 for information leading to Guthrie's recovery or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.
